Baked Turkey and Spinach Meatballs

Ingredients


  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 1 cup chop Spinach
  • ⅓ cups dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Dairy Free

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.


  1. Grease a baking pan. Set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  4. Place in prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.

  1. Grease baking pans. Set aside.

  5. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Allow to cool.
  7. Divide meatballs among indicated number of gallon freezer bags, label, and freeze.
